It all began in 1928 when Iginio Rossi purchased the first plot in Roverè della Luna. Already cultivated with Pinot Grigio ever since, it is still proudly part of the Rossi family’s land today. The wine-growing activity then continued with Giovanni, Iginio’s son, up to Giacomo, the third generation.
Not only Pinot Grigio, but also Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Lagrein are the setting for a context that is as characteristic as it is stimulating. In 2019, almost a century after the first vine planting, Cantina Zehnhof was born by Giacomo, the most authentic expression of a tradition handed down by three generations of enthusiastic winemakers.
